    Kickoff call 90 minutes. I ask the questions most consultants forget to ask. You answer. I get system access where useful.

    Discovery week I'm inside your stack and talking to two or three of your operators (with your permission). You're mostly invisible during this phase, which is the point. You keep running the business.
  3. Days 8-11
    Synthesis I'm drafting the current-state map, identifying leaks, and modeling ROI. I might send one or two clarifying questions; that's it.

Greater Good Charities came to me to fix their Salesforce.

Over three fiscal years they had quadrupled in size, from $77M to $312M in annual revenue, while keeping 98% of every dollar moving to programs.
