Current-state architecture map
A documented view of how work actually moves through your operation today, including the WhatsApp groups, the Google Sheets, the manual handoffs nobody talks about. The reality version, not the org chart.
A 14-day diagnostic for $3M-$30M operators whose company is held together with WhatsApp groups and a Google Sheet.
You get the top process leaks named, the ROI math to fix them, current-state and future-state architecture, and a prioritized backlog. Implementation is your call.
The pattern
Salesforce. HubSpot. Notion. ClickUp. The operators I work with have usually been through three or four of these. None of them stuck.
The underlying process was held together with WhatsApp groups and a Google Sheet, and no tool fixes that. Adding more tooling on top of a broken process just gives the broken process a more expensive interface.
The audit names the actual leaks. Then you decide what to fix.
What you get
Each one is built to sit on a desk, not in a Google Drive nobody opens.
A documented view of how work actually moves through your operation today, including the WhatsApp groups, the Google Sheets, the manual handoffs nobody talks about. The reality version, not the org chart.
Each leak quantified: time lost, money lost, deals slipping, customer complaints generated. The math is conservative. You'll recognize the numbers because you're already living them.
What your operation could look like, sequenced by ROI. The first three items are usually obvious in hindsight and worth more than the audit fee on their own.
I walk you through everything personally. You ask questions. We argue. By the end, you have a plan you understand and could explain to your team in your own words.
The schedule
No mystery, no padding, no week-long stretches where you don't hear from me.
One example
Greater Good Charities came to me to fix their Salesforce.
Over three fiscal years they had quadrupled in size, from $77M to $312M in annual revenue, while keeping 98% of every dollar moving to programs. The operations underneath had been stretched to keep up. Leadership wanted to rebuild the platform. The team had absorbed the manual work that had grown up around it.
We thought neither approach was right.
I mapped what was actually happening across their donation, grant, and in-kind distribution flows. The Salesforce instance was doing what it had been asked to do; the processes around it had outgrown the architecture underneath. We redesigned the process layer first, then aligned the platform behind it. We never replaced the instance.
That's the pattern. The leaks are almost never where the team thinks they are.
"Iulian is that rare blend of architect, operator, and trusted advisor. He sees the whole chessboard - business goals, process, data, and org strategy - and then turns it into clean, scalable Salesforce solutions. He makes hard things feel straightforward and earns trust quickly."
